Carstream video and audio not syncing

Hi there, please can you advise YouTube on carstream the audio and video is out of sync, many thanks

Google Pixel 8, carstream showing but, no new messages on this drive, also no Fermata auto, it does not show up on android auto. Any help highly appreciated.
