I'm getting the same issue with v1.0.6 on Windows but don't have dev knowledge to know if it's related!
I came across this issue when running the sample code in [Getting Started](https://docs.crewai.com/how-to/Creating-a-Crew-and-kick-it-off/) so you might want to include a simpler example that works.
