I think shrink screen is a bit unuseful. Because NP2 is PC98(PC) emulator, character is important. I think it need at least VGA.

This issue, It must pseudo HW(SDL_NET) NIC on 98x1 system. Then It needs a bit technical.

I added Mouse speed up rate option "up stop". It is hold mouse cursor speed during press R button. How is it?
