Bring back SDL1 support

I have been trying to get Neko Project 2 Kai running on the GKD350H and see it even has an opendingux port for the GCW0 but my device dosent have a GPU or SDL2 libs and I was told it used to have SDL1 support: https://boards.dingoonity.org/ingenic-jz4760-devices/gkd350h-missing-sdl2-librarys/

First of all, I'm lightly supporting back support for SDL1.2. Now link is complete.

However, there are some not work properly. Probably must be implemented carefully.

Support for SDL1 has been completed. (I do not know how to create a binary for GKD350H)

I modified for RS90? Dingux series? GKD350H? I used rs90's toolchain for making .opk file.

There are two NP2kai types. One is NP2kai(PC9801 i286 specs), other one is NP21kai(PC9821 IA-32 specs). Can you check those building/runnning?

I have an RS-90 Retro Mini with OpenDingux installed. I don't think NP21 would run on it (its CPU is only 360MHz), and it had a screen too small (240x160 GBA native resolution).

I think shrink screen is a bit unuseful. Because NP2 is PC98(PC) emulator, character is important. I think it need at least VGA.

I currently have an RS-90, a GKD350H and a Miyoo handheld (Allwinner SoC based). If @AZO234 would like to do ports for such systems, I can help testing.
