Feature request: fugitive_gi opens "local" .gitignore

Currently the map `gi` with a counter opens the top-most `.gitignore`. It would be nice if the mapping would choose the nearest file. Example: ``` .git/ .gitignore report/.gitignore report/README.md report/README.pdf...
