I just figured out that minimum cooldown size 62 does remove them, in case anyone stumbles on this ticket sometime in the future. but obv that will (probably) disable them...
a work-around for this in the meantime, you can put a sandbox on another drive and then run Twitch.Recover.exe sandboxed. worked for me with sandboxie

yep, it's fucky for me as well. dominos encounter bar is just never showing up at all. and opacity is set to 100. the blizzard encounter bar also is bugging...
any update on this? would be a really useful feature
