Question about the point cloud in the pre-trained models.

Thank you for your nice work. @AIBluefisher I would like to extract the point cloud from the pre-trained model model.pth you provided. However, I found that the extracted scale is inconsistent with that of the scene reconstructed by COLMAP. Could you please let me know what the scaling factor is? I couldn't find this information in the source code.
