Yes, startup performance. Would be great to just pull this in where/when needed

I got it to work after startup by importing it dynamically then just adding it via app.use(). Seems to work fine but I'm not an expert so perhaps this is...

Parallelize Gulp Tasks per file

Source generators can't do File IO AFAIK; but yeah I'll just write some small utility to do this since it is wasting too much time on every commit.
