需要配置Webhooks，然后还需要在docker compsoe里配置 CASDOOR_WEBHOOK_SECRET 环境变量，修改完后还需要重新登录才能显示修改后的头像
预览没有显示图片，看样子你的minio也没有配置正确，仔细阅读官方文档再试试
