Okay, I found out that the issue is to do with the linux container (i.e. running pyserial on linux causes the problem). Is there way to use for port information...

@djangobeatty I believe `/node_modules/claudia-bot-builder/lib/facebook/setup.js` is the file. But I'm not sure how to change the version.

Anyone solved this issue? Adding `description: "aws:states:opt-out"` doesn't work for me unfortuantely.
