Hmm adding `strategy_macos = "applescript"` to the aw-watcher-window toml and restarting activitywatch doesn't seem to change anything

1. Invalid values in the config do cause a crash so that's good but `strategy_macos = "applescript"` seems to be ignored (still the same jxa error in the logs) 2....

I had the same issues all described here and the only thing that fixed it was downgrading to node v18.18.2 using nvm
