Same issue here. Worked flawlessly in the past. NAPS 8.2.0, Win10, everything up to date. Went back to 7.5.3 -> OCR works. Got another PC with Win11 where OCR works...

Thanks @GregValiant - That hack worked for me as well for generic materials. Is it also possible to apply this to specific materials somehow? For example https://marketplace.ultimaker.com/app/cura/materials/rlsijlbing/BASF_Ultrafuse_PET is not marked...
