Flatpak creates ~/Games/Heroic folder on launch independente of system language

Same issue here just as confirmation.

when open flameshot in cli, the language appeared is English (not Chinese)

I can confirm same behavior on Linux Mint 21.2, Cinammon DE: ``` Flameshot v12.1.0 () Compiled with Qt 5.15.3 ``` When running `flameshot gui` language is switched to english.
