Trigger moves when samples deleted at the end

Whem I remove unused samples at the end of the recording, the trigger is moved to the first sample.

Editing the sample rate (and pre- post-samples, too) is not possible

I think it's a problem with german regional settings. The input fields show the value with dots. For example the samplerate shows "100.000.000". If I would like to change it...
