My xiaomi smart power strip it does'nt connect to Mi Home apps..it is only connected to the router but i cannot control it

I tried many times to connect when i add the device Device Connected = check Message Sent to Device = Check Connecting Device to Network = Failed Always faild in...

I use allocation China But doesnt work i try to change location but i cannot find my xiaomi power strip
