There are new (corner) cases for dealing with redirections: - if an article (`Goldencobra::Article`) is not a descendant of the "startpage", the startpage is redirected but not the article itself....

The `Goldencobra::Setting` class should save `Vitastep`s with the changes to its values and authors.
