Show a roof over covered bicycle parking

`amenity=bicycle_parking` with `covered=yes`, `bicycle_paking=shed`, `indoor=yes`, `building=*` or `location=underground` (and no `covered=no`) can have a ^ above the bicycle icon to symbolise a roof. Edit: also `bicycle_parking=building` and `location=indoor`

Render building:part + amenity=place_of_worship the same as building + place_of_worship

It would be nice if `building:part=*` + `amenity=place_of_worship` also received that same darker colour that other religious buildings get. Example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1226463875 

Mention username under "OSM profile" in settings
