I figured out my issue I was trying to mount on `/Volumes/Gdrive` and even using sudo it would just stall. Mounting inside my home dir worked fine.

uninstall doesnt seem to work

filter out registered migrations when run against a directory without them

@prabhu-tyke have you found a workaround? I did using `goose.ResetGlobalMigrations()` and `goose.SetGlobalMigrations([]goose.Migration)` but it's far from ideal
