Build error on non AVX2 cpu with GCC

Hi, a user is having this problem when building for a bdver2 CPU (AMD Family 15h). [Issue](https://bugs.gentoo.org/843083) [Build log](https://843083.bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=777155) Is an avx2 capable CPU needed for this filter to compile?
