misskeyのアセットリポジトリはmisskeyのロゴやマスコットなどを「一括して」CC BY-NC-SAライセンス( creativecommons.orgでの説明: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/deed.ja )として配布している一方、マストドンやプレロマなどの様々なfediverseソフトウェアのロゴやマスコットは様々なライセンスで配布されています(参考URL: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Fediverse )。 それぞれのアセットについてどのライセンスを適用するかという点もさることながら、現在のCC BY-NC-SAライセンスは「非」営利目的での共有や翻案が可能です。misskeyの宣伝やその存在を広く知ってもらうという点では、営利目的の共有や翻案も含めたCC-BY-SA4.0ライセンスが一部のアセットにはふさわしいのではないかと考えますが、いかがでしょうか。
