No clue how this could happen, do you have other extensions enabled? Can you try disable them all and use only the dock to be sure?

Some of this stuff was included in #1826 and #1827, so I'm closing this. Please, make a new one in case there's something we missed.

While this is quite possible in X11, wayland has still some limitations for this to happen

In theory it should, could be that the window has not them? Also are you using the workspace isolation feature?

You mean while logging out? It could be that gnome-shell disables all the extensions while it's shutting down. But I didn't check the code yet.

By jumps up you meant that it animates moving up? If that, well that's expected.
