Error on enabling addon (2.90)

I can't install these plugin ! ![image](https://github.com/blender-for-science/import-G-code/assets/17902658/7aea7826-a5dd-4af6-aac8-c0c7168f445c) i have tried 2.80 2.83.9 3.0 and same error ! and i have tried the @andreabravetti idea ! Windows 11 machine !
