Similarly as the assets downloading #136:

  • [ ] (Download multiple libraries in parallel) (not very necessary, its very fast anyways)
  • [ ] Configurable rate limit
  • [ ] Configurable Retry
  • [ ] Check hashes!!!!!! (high priority)
