Duplicate of #783 #796 #802 and LambdaInnovation/LambdaLib2#5. There is a proposed workaround in LambdaInnovation/LambdaLib2#5 but I doubt if that is the proper fix.

Ah, if necessary, the screenshot is from a pack that contains ChromatiCraft (probably v10d, cause I have updated it couple of times since then), Mekanism and AppliedEnergistics as well.
Side note, #8235 partially overlaps with this PR (namely the `BlockEntity#saveAdditional` part) which has been merged recently. Merge conflict may happen. Also the title is wrong: the correct issue ticket...
Question: last time when I searched for available public emblem code(s), I only found about 3~4 codes. Are those all?
