3DPRC-2: look up for Approved objects only on the object authenticity check

Bug description:

An object has been stored on the poScan pallet db as NotApproved. And the implication for it would be that the user can try putting the object on chain one more time. However, that's always ending up with the message "The object already exists".

Solution:

On the object authenticity check look up for the objects Approved only. NotApproved ones should be ignored.
