[BUG] Broken output when transferring data to file

I'm running this bash script to save the output to a txt but the output doesn't look like the terminal-output. Is this a bug or am I making a mistake...

Could you add an option to log other sensor's data? I'd love to be able to log air pressure-, gyroscope-, accelerometer-, magnetic-field-, light level- and other sensor's data too :)...

When sorting after ETA, no ETA ("-") is sorted as a smaller value than the smallest numerical value. So unactive torrents are sorted above the fastest torrent when sorting.

Please add a speed control to speed up the process (like 2x, 4x 8x, 16x) to let the birds fly faster. I'm more interested in GEN 100 than in watching...
