Allow view to accept a BED file of regions as input

Currently, the view command will accept a list of regions in chr:start-end... format on the CL. It would be a nice addition to allow a BED file to be specified view -r as well.

Hi, Just a comment to know if this feature is still on the radar ? It would be indeed really nice to be able to do various custom computations supplying a bed file to view. Thanks, Anthony

Hi Anthony, absolutely. @38 is working on a new release that includes this functionality.
