Maybe we should fork this repo and release it as a NLog package. Not perfect, but I dont like getting ghosted.

Note: I tried to fix this with a custom `UrlParameterFormatter`, but I get with Format already the values `1`, `true` and `false` (those of SyncRoot, Length etc)

Isn't the whole thing much slower with Invoke?

@egtalbot maybe the work arround in https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-dotnet/issues/2239 helps in upgrading Playwright - no PowerShell or JavaScript need.

I can confirm this issue:  The issue is that `Task.FromResult(1);` will create a `Task` and not a `Task`
