我已經將 opencc.exe 加入到環境變數 PATH 內，接著在`D:\test`資料夾內放入`1.txt`，然後在命令提示字元內到該資料夾並且輸入 ``` D:\test>opencc -i 1.txt -o 12.txt -c s2tw.json ``` 結果一直出現 **s2tw.json not found or not accessible.**，即便我直接指定 s2tw 的直接位置也一樣報錯，請問我應該怎麼做才能正確執行呢？
