Update: Looks like order of the outputs depends on whether you use tflite model provided from the model zoo or you use converting code (checkpoint -> savedmodel -> tflite). issue...

Update: Tried to do inference on checkpoint file as is, and looks like the weights are not trained (although filename implies it's epoch 301).
