GoAnimate wrapper doesn't have a website. You are most likely on a public GoAnimate wrapper clone.
windows 11 has x64 emulation it might work but flash never had arm64 builds on windows
not sure if it will work cause outdated electron (cause it needs flash support) but try to run the ``--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland`` arguments on it
