I want to know why the scores are not in the interval (0.0,1.0), some of them even bigger than 10.

In the TurtleBot3 Gazebo simulation, the angular velocity exhibits significant fluctuations at certain points, leading to instability. ( I edited the .gazebo.xacro file)

Equation 17.3.3 should be plus \alpha * y (y = r + gamma * Q'), not minus. And the same for the next equation.
