Is it a bug or did the devs do this to keep them from using the secondary fire?

is this also "True Random" where the game automatically randomizes the weapons for each new match? The vanilla game doesnt randomize the weapons automatically, PDXBLA fixed this if I'm remembering...

You also might want to look into being able to swap weapons while reloading for this too.

yeah, that sounds fine. try 16 and then increase it when you have time or until you run into problems or the game can't handle it.
