I'm having a pain of a time with the cameras too but its on 3.9.1. The Camera shows as disables or off *sometimes* and other times I get a thumbnail...

confirmed. rolled back to 6.1.0 (skipping 6.1.1 w/ missing dist folder) and the card works nicely.
