We are having a similar issue at my company. Without an alerting mechanism for Teams we aren't able to realize the full value of Elementary.
I was able to get it to work in my forked version [here](https://github.com/dlt-hub/dlt/compare/devel...buildertrend-data:dlt:devel). It only worked if `DESTINATION__DATABRICKS__STAGING_CREDENTIALS_NAME` (or the equivalent toml secret) was defined.
