Some methods/classes are displayed while others aren't.

I'm trying to use JSDoc.info (which looks great) but it doesn't show all classes even though they are in the same folder. Is there some kind of a `debug` option?...

awesome project! it would be great to support the markdown variant that I use everywhere, maybe with some kind of flag, not sure, but otherwise it cant render code blocks...
