Some methods/classes are displayed while others aren't.

I'm trying to use JSDoc.info (which looks great) but it doesn't show all classes even though they are in the same folder. Is there some kind of a debug option? Are you using jsdoc3 to create the docs?

I use https://github.com/1602/makedoc for generating docs. It's fully offline tool.
