Just switched from eslint-plugin-jsdoc to eslint-plugin-tsdoc and now I can remove the `@param parameter.property` style tags and VSCode no longer issues warnings.

Cannot publish to private registry

I agree, the documentation is a bit sparse with respect to publishing. Is there any reason that this config cannot be per project? It would be easier for my team...

WSL2 shut down without warning while I was using it, because Windows Store began to update it

This is still an issue. Now I've lost unsaved work in VSCode because WSL did an update while it's being actively used.
