l4d2 build 7971 while building nav mesh you will get very unhelpful console messages the like of: Would change level, but not going to! Would change level, but not going...

Hammer 4.1 build 8357 after building level and sdk starts the game it returns error as steam has not been hooked by sdk.This has worked fine on older builds. 

Every single time Hammer is closed it throws a bex error been like this for years  `Computer Information: Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Model: To be filled by O.E.M....

After building a map on Half-life deathmatch Source. SDK does not start Steam if its shut down. you have to start steam and re-try.
