bug：输入法状态的那个图标(中/英）显示不正确。 重现： 我用的yong输入法（其它中文输入法没测试）， 现在说的，都是在yong中文输入法内部切换中/英文的情况。 比如记事本窗口，当我中文输入法状态内部为英文时，从一个记事本切换到另一个记事本窗口，他图标显示为“中”（实际上打字会打出英文），但是，当我保持在窗口中后，在中文输入法内部切换一次，（先切换为中文，再切换为英文），他此时图标就正常了，会正常显示为“英”字，打出来的也是英文。
