追加：当模型文件是opt后的即（https://paddlejs.cdn.bcebos.com/models/fuse/facedetect_opt/model.json）出现webgl context is lost的错误。但当模型文件不经过opt优化即（https://paddlejs.cdn.bcebos.com/models/fuse/facedetect/model.json），运行成功。 推测是opt优化后的模型问题。
