Access each app (container) through shell?

Is this possible? I'd like to configure my containers through the terminal but Umbrel doesn't offer a shell feature that I can see.

Some icons in Power Menu just appear as dots

Specifically shutdown, restart, and lock. All other icons work. I've tried re-installing rofi but that doesn't work
