@ApiProperty - Include default value when using `enumName`

I have same issue(https://github.com/nestjs/swagger/issues/3101). actually The declaration doesn't disappear, but you can find its default in other schema declared enumName.

Bug: `prettyInspectOptions` not longer working in 4.10.x

@Niek Did you use on node.js? Maybe, `_extend` function doesn't shallow copy.

I think there's an issue where prettyInspectOptions isn't being passed to ctx properly. It looks like [this fix](https://github.com/fullstack-build/tslog/pull/290/commits/135ee61d490b6910b15a14d725c1375d1ef58445) wasn't included in the 4.10.x update.

fix: make _extend method use shallow copy
