This is needed for Rails 5.1.

I've just confirmed that still an issue in [v1.12.0](https://github.com/dry-rb/dry-schema/releases/tag/v1.12.0).

I've just confirmed it with 1.13.0 as well.

Also confirmed with 1.13.4.

I have the same problem, works fine if you pass the block from a normal rails view, but not from another cell. Some workaround for this?
