1.其余文件丢了就行，保留带ncnn后缀的即可 2.bin文件大就大呗，一般不会比原始的torchscript文件大 3.这个估计得进代码调试一下

楼主你可以多提点优化pr把它弄快点

另外建议重新用新版NCNN导出一下模型，因为中间有过一次不兼容的算子升级
