I had the same error. All my builds were failing without any reason. **The solution** that worked for me: Update the Node.js version in Vercel from 14.* to 16.*

Added [PR](https://github.com/replicate/cog-stable-diffusion/pull/49) with only negative prompt support. So it shouldn't be blocked by DDIM and can be merged.
