Same issue with [` - jupyter_core >=4.12,!=5.0.*`](https://github.com/conda-forge/jupyter_server-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/meta.yaml#L31) Do the maintainers of `conda` think that this is an issue of `conda-forge` or something for `conda` to fix?
