Any update on this Issue? It would be awesome to have pipx installed in Windows as it is with Homebrew.

feat: add `folding` config

Sorry for taking so long. Added the requested improvements for the PR. Wasn't able to run the tests, though. I'm running on hope that it works. Any feedback is appreciated....
