@afrittoli @waveywaves now that 1.2.0 is released and the plan properly communicated, we can now merge this so that in 1.3.0 we do not publish linux/arm anymore.

/hold The `buildah` Task is going to be maintained from [`openshift-pipelines/task-containers`](https://github.com/openshift-pipelines/task-containers), so the change would need to be there. Though I am not entirely sure it is affected there.
