As of today, this should work fine with all the latest modules and dependencies updated. I did a complete rebuild of my environment due to the changes fro many things...

I feel your pain. SciPy, PyTorch, GGML/GGUF and many more have their own matrix libraries, BLAS, or numerical methods because they needed a way forward. None of them play nice...
